5 reasons why relaxation is important


Hey loves,

Today i have decided as many people don't understand why it is so important to relax and de-stress after a long hard day at work/ school or after a stressful event.



So how and why is it  so good for our bodies to relax:



  1. Improves mental health 
  2. decreases your chances of getting the cold
  3. increases creativity 
  4. helps increase concentration (so you will do a better job of what your doing)
  5. overall sleep will be a better quality
As you can see there is five very good reasons as to why you should relax. I know you don't want to have the increased chance of getting the cold and would do anything to avoid it. Maybe if you take five or ten minutes out of your day to relax you will feel much better in the long term both  physically and mentally. 

Ways to relax:

  1.  baths 
  2. drinking chamomile tea 
  3. spraying your pillows with a lavender spray/ oil 
  4. reading a book
  5. listening to music

  2. This is so true. My top way of relaxing is definitely music (apart from a weekend at a spa and good massage of course). x
